The end of January is no one's favorite time. You're so far past the excitement of the year's first snow and spring feels months and months away. It's easy to get into hibernation mode, especially when your cold weather style options are few and far between.
This is the perfect time to experiment with color, you'll add interest without sacrificing what's most important: style warmth.
I'm loving this combination of gray and camel. It's warm and cosy and unlike a lot of bright colors, it's not going to wash out your winter skin. Here's how I would play it:
Start with some really great basics: a classic camel coat, a VAUGHAN Hepburn shirt, beautifully fitting black trousers and a yummy cashmere sweater. Add a couple of luxe accessories like a (faux) fur collar and a great hat. Bonus points if they add warmth. Finish with your most chic winter boots and mittens. Oxymoron? Probably, but these shearling mittens and fur topped boots aren't all bad.
