Friday finds: 3.1 Philip Lim wide leg pants

We talk a lot about desk-to-dinner style, but what if you're ready to up the ante? I don't know.... say, desk-to-yacht. (Surely something the likes of Amal Clooney must consider on a weekly basis).  Before you dismiss my idea, don't forget the NYC version is desk-to-Hamptons and in Asia we do the desk-to-Phuket, so it's really not as far fetched as it may sound at first pass.

I was inspired by these amazing white wide leg pants for today's Friday find.  They're a stretch cotton twill, so they'll be perfect for a casual work day while making a seamless transition to the weekend.  As a little bonus, they're also going to be super flattering with the relaxed silhouette and hint of stretch.

On the top, I'd definitely go with a Bettie shirt. The Bettie is serious enough for the office while the bright color, sheer back panel and rolled sleeves make her perfect for play time. By day, choose playful accessories that have just enough office polish. By the time 5:00 rolls around, untuck and knot your shirt, slide into some bling flats, pop the essentials in an easy-going tote and you're off!
